Crockpot Honey Mustard Ham Recipe

About a month ago while I was at Publix, they had hams on sale for $1.29/LB. For the middle of summer that is an excellent price. During the Christmas season it is 99¢ to $1.69/LB.  Since we had the room in the freezer I bought one (not that there were many left). It has been dreadfully hot lately so I have been doing a lot of cold foods, microwave food, and crockpot meals. Crockpot ham comes out so tasty and tender.

Pour the sauce mixture over the ham.

Crockpot Honey Mustard Ham
Recipe type: Main Dish
  • 1 Ham
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey mustard dressing, I used Ken's
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
  • (please note all my measurements are estimates, as I just throw stuff together sometimes)
  1. Take half of the brown sugar and coat the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Place the ham in the crockpot. I had to cut mine to make it fit.
  3. Place the other half of the brown sugar, the honey mustard dressing, honey ,and worcestershire sauce into a bowl and whisk until blended. I still had some brown sugar chunks in mine, but they will melt out in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low 4-6 hours or until done.140 degrees for a fully cooked ham and 160 for an uncooked ham.
