No Bake Cookies
Recipe type: Dessert
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  1. Mix sugar, coconut oil, coca, and almond milk in a medium saucepan. Boil for 1 minute.
  2. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix quickly until peanut butter melts.
  3. Pour mixture into large bowl
  4. Add oats to mixture and mix until it is blended
  5. Drop spoonfuls on wax paper. Allow to set and cool completely.


About the author: I am a wife and mother of two teenagers. I have been married for 20 years and have known my husband for 24 years. My daughter is 17 and a senior in high school. My son is 13 and in 7th grade. I am still trying to figure out where the time has gone. I work one full time job and also a part time job, in addition to these jobs I am a pastor wife.

    I have ate no bake cookies only one time and that was many years ago. I have never attempted to make themselves but it looks rather easy to do. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
