Good Wonderful Morning!!
I just started my Zumba!! I have lost and maintaining 86 pounds doing Weight Watchers at home. Now time to firm the flab up!! lol I have been doing other exercise….Love the Wii Fit and Just Dance. I exercise 45 to 60 min. a day!
