It seems like I always have Italian Dressing in the house. When it gets down to a stockpile price, usually around 25¢ to 50¢ per bottle, I make sure to stock up. This is a recipe I created because I realized some of my stockpile was going to expire soon.
- Chicken Legs, Thighs, or Breasts (Bone In or Boneless)
- 3/4 Cup Italian Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- Mix together the Italian Dressing and Brown Sugar.
- Pour over chicken marinade at least 30 minutes. If you are doing this for a freezer recipe, just place marinade in bag with chicken and you are done until you take it out to defrost.
- Bake chicken at 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
